Damaged or faulty items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number, which item(s) are damaged and photographic evidence with a short description so we can resolve it promptly.

Unopened products

Contact us at simplysummerinfo@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unopened, unused and with packaging intact. If approved, return the item within 7 working days. The customer covers return shipping and must ensure traceability — we cannot accept liability for lost or misdelivered returns.

Once your return arrives, please allow up to 10 business days for us to inspect, authenticate and process. Refunds are issued as store credit, excluding original shipping charges.

Opened products

Due to product nature, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened items. Please review the ingredient list on the packaging and website for allergens. In the case of a reaction, discontinue use and consult a medical professional. No refunds are issued for allergies or sensitivities.
