Turnaround

Orders are dispatched once payment reflects. Our fulfilment window is 2–5 working days, with delivery a further 2–5 working days depending on the courier and area. During sale periods, new launches and holidays, turnaround may be longer due to higher order volume.

Surcharges

Some delivery addresses are considered high-risk areas by the courier services and attract a surcharge over standard rates. Simply Summer is not liable for this surcharge — you will need to settle the difference or supply us with an alternative address.

Pick-up & courier collection

Pick-up is based on our availability and we will contact you when your order is ready. If you are sending a courier to collect, please communicate with us first so we can confirm a slot.

Missed deliveries

Couriers will attempt contact to arrange delivery. If we cannot reach you the parcel may be returned to us — the re-issuing cost is borne by the customer.
